Essay

The results of diagnostic and intervention sonography at patients with acute abdominal surgical pathology: acute pancreatitis, obstructive jaundice, acute appendicitis, acute intestinal obstruction and postoperative complications are presented in dissertation work. The ultrasonic criteria of forms and complications of these diseases are developed. Indications and contra-indications, terms and staging of minimally invasive surgery under ultrasound control at the complicated forms of pancreanecrosis, abdominal abscesses and obstructive jaundice are developed. The methods and technique of puncture-draining interventions under ultrasound control executing at these pathology are also developed.
