Investigation objects: dihydro and tetrahydro derivatives of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines, -[1,5-a]pyrimidines, 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazoles. Purpose: The establishing of the formation's confirms of partially hydrogenated azolopyridine and -pyrimidine systems, the research of the directedness dependence of cyclisation processes from their carrying conditions, the study of structure and properties of synthesized compounds, the elucidation of structure features influence on reactivity and pharmacological properties of azoloazines. Methods: synthesis, physicochemical analysis with enlisting IR, NMR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry and X-ray. The principles of regiodirectional synthesis of partially hydrogenated azolopyridines, -pyrimidines and -quinazolines in the reactions of amidine type's heteryl amines with carbonyl bielectrophiles and their synthetic precursors; imine-enamine tautomeric equilibrium in series of dihydro azolopyrimidines has been studied; the methodology of chemical modification of heterocyclic systems including the preparation of possessing definite pharmacological effects compounds.
