The thesis is dedicated to development of complex methodology and efficient tools for design of high-performance corporate networks with considering of complexity and distribution of modern design processes, which offer high level of project decision co-ordination and quality. Interdisciplinary nature of used methodology, considering of territorial distribution of developers teams, complexity of efficient teleworking support, reduction necessity for project workflows duration in context of high moral obsolescence rapidity at IT-landscape and under free-market economy conditions impact significant influence on tools development for above mentioned design.
