Dissertational work is devoted to the decision of an actual scientific and technical problem of development of models, methods and technology of automated management by business-processes with changeable structure under influence of uncontrollable external indignations. The class of business-processes with changeable structure which are characterized by adaptation of procedure sequences during its functioning under influence of external indignations is considered. Models of representation of business-processes of the enterprise, model of representation of business-rules, situational-scenario model and a method of management by business-process with changeable structure are offered. The information technology of management by business-processes with changeable structure is developed. On the basis of application of the developed technology the tasks connected to business-process management and monitoring within the framework of a quality control system are solved.
