The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical background of the obtaining technologies of polyvinylpyrrolidone with (meth)acrylic esters functionally active hydrophilic co-polymers under action of the permanent magnetic field, ultrasound or metal ions of changeable oxidation degree using methods of suspension, bulk and polymerization in solution have been shown. The obtaining technologies of polyvinylpyrrolidone co-polymers and wares on their bases have been developed.
