Mikitenko V. Formation of Power Resources Effective Utilization System in Industry

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical-methodological and applied problems of formation an effective system of power resources utilization in the industry in conditions of resources restriction considered from positions of introduction the innovatively-directed industrial growth model. The substance of such categories as "energy efficiency (EE)" and "system of energy efficiency maintenance (SME)" are revealed. Basic positions of the industrial productіon energy efficiency of (IPE) theory on the basis of concept of management by the closed cycle of maintenance of EE are investigated. The problems of IPE are researched, the structure-attractor is formed and the functions of its subsystems are determined. Methodology of formation productive SME by common criterion of estimation; methodics on the basis of aggregated parameters-indicators of EE and M-Norm are worked out: four-lever forecast, designing of the strategy potential (SP), rangering of novations, a choice of model of industrial growth, express-diagnostics of technologies and transformations of SEM.
