Essay

Object of the study is management investment process simple and extended reproduction mountain enterprise yak holistic nature and economic systems. Objective of study is theoretical and methodological motivation of the mechanism of modelling of the development to coal industry of the Ukraine and development of the mechanism of management investment resource for conservation of the powers enterprise to branches. Methods of research are system-logical, statistician-economic and factorial analysis, linear programming, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical approaches to the further improvement of the economic mechanism of modelling of the development to coal industry of the Ukraine; recommendations on determination of investment attractiveness of the mines, shaping politicians planning the facilities for conservation of the potential to coal industry. Novelty is new holistic concept of the development and modelling of the investment processes in coal industry on base of theestimation of the figure of the mine as nature and economic of the system with account of investment attractiveness of each enterprise. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine, SE "Donvugi", Donetsk regional state administration, JVC "DONGIPROSHAHT. Branch of application is enterprises to coal industry.
