Essay

The object of investigation is rotational and vibration-rotational spectra of polyatomic molecules perturbed by various intermolecular interactions. A goal of investigation is developing of the methods to resolve a reverse problem of spectroscopy for molecules of different types being in interacting states. The methods are radio spectroscopy and Fourier IR spectroscopy, and nonlinear least square method. The results of the work are parameters determined of the effective Hamiltonians of 85 vibrational states of 9 molecules, derivation of the reduced effective Hamilto-nians, developing and employing of the new methods of taking into account partly resolved hyperfine structure of rotational transitions, assignment of 22 laser lines of formic acid molecule. All results were obtained for the first time. Application fields are physics and technique of lasers, radio astronomy, physics of atmosphere, ecology of the environ-ment, structure analysis of molecules, spectral analysis of the gaseous mediums
