Maksymuk O. Acute disorders in retinal vein circulation: pathogenesis, clinics, diagnostics, medical and laser treatment

Object: acute disorders in retinal vein circulation. Purpose: the rising efficacy of treatment of acute disorders in retinal vein circulation. Methods: general clinical examination, standart ophthalmological, morphological, biochemical, statistical. SL, ophthalmoscope, retinofot, fundus-camera, light and electronic microscope. There was worked out a new original model of thrombosis of retina veins which combined the influence both on haemocoagulative potential and on vascular endothelium. A new complex method of treatment has been proposed which includes using anticoagulant Fraxiparin, Tyklid and Plavix, desagregants, Erbisol, polypeptide preparation with new laser methods of selective coagulation of pigmental epithelium of retina.
