Mityuryayeva-Korniyko I. Diagnostic and treatment of the different clinical forms of enuresis of children

The theses concerns the study of diagnostic and treatment of the different clinical forms of bedwetting. The table of evaluation of individual and group prognosis of the risk factors for different clinical forms of enuresis is propoused on the basis of the diagnostic scores. It was found that the main link of pathogenesis of the primary nocturnal enuresis was disontogenetic types of minimal brain dysfunction with hyperactive parasympathetic regulation and breaking the microcirculation and cerebral hemodynamics. The encephalopatic types of minimal brain dysfunction with strain of sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of vegetative system and urinary dysfunction were find out at the children with secondary enuresis. The difference between nocturnal enuresis and diurnal incontinence with nocturnal bedwetting clinical form was concerned the neuromuscular transmission dysfunction and central and peripheral hemodynamics. The three-stage algorithm of the enuresis treatment was originated with including etiological factors, mechanism of pathogenesis, individual selection criterions of the prescriptions medicamental, non medicamental, psychotherapeutic and physiotherapeutic treatment.
