A systems approach in solving scientific and technical problem of accident prevention of head-frames is defended, which is based on consideration of systems interaction of engineering structures with a mechanism of a mine winder and with aggressive components of operational environment; on the basis of systems approach a more precise definition of loads resulting from the force of tension of a hoist cable is given, and also a system of engineering and technical operations of accident protection of constructions being under design and maintenance is developed, and constructional forms of corrosion-proof mine head-frames are suggested.
