Essay

The thesis deals with development of the model of numerical description of thermomechanical processes in electrically conductive solids subjected to quasi-steady electromagnetic fields with taking into account a temperature dependence of material properties, elastic-plastic deformation and nonlinear dependencies of electric and magnetic field inductions upon respective field strengths and temperature. A numerical model is developed for determination coupled electric, thermal and elastic-plastic processes in solids subjected to quasi-steady electromagnetic fields. The solutions of important classes of the problems on determination and research of considered fields in the ferromagnetic solids subjected to high temperature induction treatment are obtained.
