Urkevich V. Agrarian legal relations in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to research of theoretical questions of agrarian legal relations in Ukraine. Concepts "legal relations", "agrarian legal relations", "internal agrarian legal relations", "external agrarian legal relations" are certain, their characteristic features and attributes are induced. It is separately investigated questions of division of agrarian legal relations, presence of the private and public beginnings in agrarian legal relations. Structures (elements) of agrarian legal relations – subjects, objects, the maintenance and the bases of occurrence (change, the termination) are analyzed. The especial attention is given to an establishment of the maintenance of internal agrarian legal relations, in particular, their such kinds, as member, ground, property, labour and administrative. Are taken separately up questions of a parity of agrarian legal relations and a subject of the agrarian law and the agrarian legislation of Ukraine. Owing to carried out research it is formulated a number of offers on improvements of the agrarian legislation, and theoretical conclusions, which can be used for the further development of the theory of the agrarian law.
