Krutikov E. Treatment and prophylaxis of cardio-vascular complications in patients with terminal stage of chronic kidney disease received hemodialysis.

Object – state of cardio-vascular system in the patients with terminal stage of renal failure who are received substitutional therapy; methods – clinical, laboratory, biochemistrycal, immunological, functional (daily monitoring of blood pressure and ECG, reography, echocardiography), statistical; novelty – the complex analysis of morpho-functional state of cardiovascular system was carried out in patients with terminal stage of renal failure in dynamics of hemodialysis therapy. The comparative characteristic of functional data in patients received peritoneal dialysis and after kidney transplantation are given, the features of cardiohemodynamic was reviled. It is given scientific grounded conception of dialysis cardiomyopathy; results – the methods of treatment and prophylaxis of cardio-vascular complications in patients received hemodialysis therapy were given by usage of therapeutical influence on anemia, arterial hypertension and systemic immune inflammatory process. It is improved treatment of arterial hypertension, a new method of nephrogenic anemia treatment with using of erytropoetin and thyroxin combination was grounded, method of cardio-vascular impairment prophylaxis is proposed with using of amlodipin as immunotrope factor.
