Essay

The object – synthesis of fat acids, cholesterol and other classes of lipids in a liver, cerebrum, mucus thin bowel and adipose tissues at the use of different predecessors, marked by a radio-active carbon, lipid and fatty-acid type of blood of white rats and guinea-pigs at loading by cholesterol and addition in their ration of sunflower-seed oil and cod-liver oil as sources of PUFA ?-3 and ?-6 families. The aim – to set the features of synthesis of separate classes of lipids of white rats and guinea-pigs at loading by cholesterol and influence of PUFA of ?-6 and ?-3 families on their synthesis from different predecessors, lipids and fatty-acid type of blood, and also the influence an active biologically addition, that has been developed on the basis of PUFA of ?-3 family, on a lipid’s metabolism at the examined animals. Methods – radioisotope, spectrophotometry, colorimetry, statistical. Novelty – the features of synthesis of separate classes of lipids has been first trained from different predecessors marked by a radio-active carbon ([6-14C] glucose, [1-14C] palmitic acid, [2-14C] lysine), in a cerebrum, liver, adipose tissue, to the mucus shell of thin bowel of different types of laboratory animals (white rats, guinea-pigs) at loading by cholesterol and at adding to the animals with hypercholesterolemia sunflower-seed oil and cod-liver oil as additions to the ration separately and together. It was set the increase of concentration of cholesterol and triacylglyceroles in a blood plasma of white rats and guinea-pigs at loading by cholesterol and decrease of intensity of synthesis of fat acids, cholesterol and other classes of lipids in the explored organs and tissues of animals, especially at white rats, by the use as predecessor the fat acids and lipids [6-14C] of glucose and [2-14C] lysine. It was registered the increase of intensity of synthesis of lipids in a cerebrum, liver, adipose tissues of white rats and absence of this changes in the same organs and tissues of guinea-pigs with hypercholesterolemia by the use as predecessor of lipids [1-14C] of palmitic acid. It was set that a sunflower-seed oil raises the synthesis of fat acids and same classes of lipids by the use as predecessor [6-14C] of glucose and [2-14C] lysine and decreases of their synthesis by the use as predecessor of lipids [1-14C] of palmitic acid at addition of sunflower-seed oil to the ration of animals of both types with hypercholesterolemia. The addition of cod-liver oil to the ration of animals does not substantially influence on the synthesis of fat acids and lipids in the explored organs and tissues of guinea-pigs and inhibit synthesis in these organs and tissues of white rats with hypercholesterolemia. It has been established, that developed biologically active food addition „Alpha+omega” has the hypercholesterolemic action under addition it to the ration of white rats with hypercholesterolemia.
