In the dissertation the tariffication theory and practice for railway transportations has been studied, the preconditions of the adaptable-harmonizing mechanism of pricing (AHMP) creation have been determined, theoretical problems of its organizing, functioning and development have been considered. Scientific and methodical approaches for estimating socio-economic efficiency of AHMP introduction for railway transport have been determined.
