The dissertation is the complex research of the theoretical and practical issues arising from the system of agrarian proprietary relations of private agrarian enterprises. The legal nature of agrarian proprietary relations was researched and the essence of agrarian proprietary relations as a systemic phenomenon was discovered. The separation of the agrarian proprietary legal personality was proposed. The system of family objects of agrarian proprietary relations was determined. Qualification characteristics of the abovementioned items were also determined. The legal status of the private agricultural enterprises as the subjects of the agrarian proprietary legal relationships was envisaged and differentiated according to each organizational-legal form of these enterprises. Legal status of the property of the each type of the private-lease enterprises as the basis of their agrarian proprietary legal relations was researched. The direction of improvement of the agrarian legislation that regulates the agrarian proprietary legal relationships of the private agricultural enterprises.
