Shkolny O. The Formaion of Competitiveness Managing Mechanisms for Agricultural Enterprises

Research objects - the processes of the formation of competitiveness managing mechanisms for agricultural enterprises in Ukraine and their peculiarities under globalization. The aim of the research - working out theoretical and methodological background and recommends on the formation of competitiveness managing mechanisms for agricultural enterprises during the transformation and global integration of Ukrainian economy. Research methods - monographic, systems analysis, abstraction and logical, economics and statistical analysis, modeling, statistical comparisons, and graphical methods. Theoretical and practical results - the principles of strengthening the innovative entrepreneurial relations in agrifood system were highlighted, the main improvement directions for agrimarketing positioning were proposed, agrilogistical networks building and resource view based approaches for strategic management in export oriented industries were presented. Scientific novelty - the conceptual approaches to formation of competitiveness managing mechanisms for agricultural enterprises were presented, the main framework of mechanism for innovative relations and strengthening of adaptive potential of enterprises in order to obtain competitive advantage was discussed. Degree of implementation - results and resumes of the work reflected in the activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, agricultural authorities of Vinnitsa and Cherkasy regions. Some of the ideas have been used in teaching process of Uman State Agrarian University. Sphere, sector of use - agriculture and AIC economy.
