The model of change of the state of soil is represented in the work as probabilistic process taking into account properties of soil, parameters of working organs and operating modes of technological process passing. The model opens possibility to determine conformities to the change of aggregate structure of soils different in mechanical composition under operation of basic subsurface working organs. It is developed the sequence of mathematical models of aggregate structure change of soil under influence on it of additional working organs of different type. It is offered the method of determination by the analytical way of general index of soil crumbling in the result of simultaneous influence on it of basic and additional working organs of the combined instruments. In the results of experimental researches it is presented the systematized dependence data of the technological properties of soils different on mechanical composition on their physical-mechanical properties in a boundary possible range oftheir change. It is grounded the parameters of mutual location of basic working organs in part of the combined instrument for tier treatment of soil. The results of the researches allowed to solve the task of differentiation of combined soil cultivating instruments structure applied to the soil-climatic conditions of their use
