Dissertation work is devoted the decision of scientific problem of development of scientific bases of creation and control of the technical state of new motorcar rolling stock of mobile composition. To that target is developed conception of conception of creation of new motorcar rolling stock of mobile composition, summarizing determination of the scientifically grounded descriptions and develops principles of construction of this mobile composition taking into account external and production envi ronments.Models were developed on determination of optimum parameters of motorcar rolling stock of mobile composition and his constituents. For the increase of reliability of mobile composition the complex of models is developed on the im provement of technology of their making and tests.
