Investigation objects: derivatives of nitrogenous heterocycles, furanines and coumarins, quarternisation and condensation reaction. Purpose: working out of methods of synthesis, investigation of composition and reactivity of onium derivatives of pyridine, quinoline, furane, indole isatine, antipyrine and coumarine. Methods: synthesis, physicochemical analysis with enlisting IR, NMR spectroscopy, quantum –chemical calculations. Conditions of synthesis have been studied, properties of phosphonium salts and phosphorous ylides on the basis of 2 -acetyl-5-omomethylfuran, 4–(chloracetyl) antipyrine, 3-(bromacetyl)coumarin and their derivatives have been investigated. Methods of synthesis of coumarin compounds, which contain different heterocyclic systems in the third position have been worked out. Influence of styryl fragments, di-and trimethylene bridge grouping on stripe absorbtion maxima in quinocyanine moleculars has been studied. Interaction of unconjugated cyanine and merocyanine chromophores insynthesized biscyanine dyes has been investigated. Results of this work can be used in research institutions engaged in synthesis and investigation of bioregulating properties of heterocyclic systems.
