Lutsenko N. Hormone-metabolic disorders in case of prymary open-angle glaucoma and pathogenetic ground of their correction in complex treatment

Object - primary оpen- angle glaucoma. The purpose - increase of treatment's efficiency of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods: ophthalmologic, biochemical, radioimmunological, functional, psychological, statistical; slit lamp, direct ophthalmoscope, gonioscop, tonometer, perimeter, phosphen, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, medical installation "RACK GAMMA", IFA-ANALYZER "SUNRISETS". The new concept is offered, concerning disregulatory changes in endocrine system, psycho-vegetative conditions, lipid exchange which reflect the big degree of involution's precipitation in case of glaucoma. The complex method of patient's treatment with primary open-angle glaucoma is offered too with use of selective modulators extragene receptors, which promotes stabilization or improvement of visual functions in 96 % of patients. Results of work are introduced in Zaporozhye RCH, Communal institution "Dnepropetrovsk RCOH", Communal institution "Berdyansk CH", Kiev CCCH, Rovno RCH, in educationalprocess of eye diseases faculty of ZMAPE.
