Essay

The dissertation encompasses a comprehensive conceptual research of theoretical and applied problems of administrative legal relations system in agricultural of Ukraine. Legal nature of administrative legal relations was analyzed. Substance of given legal relations in agriculture as a system social and legal phenomenon was revealed. Conceptual administrative legal relations model in agricultural of Ukraine and a number of new categories and institutes for administrative law theory were proposed. Problems of control activity in agriculture of Ukraine particularly systems of legal persons of administrative jurisdiction and their authorities in the agricultural field were viewed and classification was developed.
