Essay

The dissertation contains the research results of theoretic-methodological and scientifically-methodics bases of professional competence formation for the future experts of technical specialists. On the base of concept essence analysis of professional competence and its key competence, the basic professional competence which is the first level in the model of professional competence formation for students of technical educational establishments was defined and well-founded. Conceptual approaches to basic professional competence formation for the first-year students was proved and defined. The model of professional competence formation for the students of Higher technical educational establishments with two-step level of training (Bachelor-Master) was developed. In the dissertation the scientifically-methodics system of professional competence formation for the first-year students was scientifically proved and checked experimentally up on mathematics subjects examples.
