Feed-conversion efficiency system was elaborated by all-the-year-round even feeding of high-producing cows on the basis of heavyweight fodder crops. The system implies energy & cost saving & environmental protection. The cows are supposed to be fed by the forage mixtures. They are prepared by the basal feed application in compliance with the nutritional standards. The system implies lactogenic factor, lactation period & environmental correlation. Nutritional correlation is stipulated by 'ground-plant-animal' system. Weight-matic feeding system was applied to increase forage production by 68,3% during 2000-2006 years span. Feed units were upped per 34,7-54,7c. Equivalent percentage amounts 54,7%. Average annual milk yield per feeder cow constitutes 5833 kg compared with 3653 kg production. Equivalent percentage boost forms 59,7%. Milk quality was bettered by the system application. Milk production profitableness amounts 43,7%. The above-mentioned system was implemented on the dairy unit 'Kutuzovka'. The system was elaborated for the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine on the basis of the net research results & test data examination. Production tests were executed on many dairy farms. Key words: high-producing cows, basal feeds, feeding, performance, reproduction, energy saving, efficiency.
