The thesis is devoted to a number of questions: clinical signs, diagnostic aspects and optimization of treating tactics of patients with men breast cancer. Significant prognostic factors of disease are specified. Optimal diagnostic mechanism is developed for patients suspected to have this disease. Steroid hormones influence on clinical course is specified. Performance analysis of each treatment method and particularly the efficacy during their complex use is worked up. Tactics of complex and combined treatment depending of process stage are developed
