Dissertation is devoted the complex study of neurocognitive dysfunctions in the structure of psychopathological symptoms in schizophrenia; clinical and phenomenological features determination of these violations; development and introduction the effective complex methods diagnostics and therapy of neurocognitive dysfunctions at patients by the different forms of schizophrenia. It was explored 367 patients (256 patients by a paranoid form; 71 - a simple form; 40 - by the catatonic form of schizophrenia) in age from 18 to 45 years. On the basis of research results the theoretical model of pathogeneses mechanisms neurocognitive dysfunctions is developed in the structure of psychopathological symptoms in schizophrenia. The method of quantitative qualification degree of expressed neurocognitive violations is offered in schizophrenia. Scientifically grounded, developed and inculcated in practice complex program the medical correction of neurocognitive dysfunctions at schizophreniс patients.
