Object of the study is processes to production activity and increasing management to cost-performance industrial enterprise Ukraine. Objective of study is development to holistic scientific concept of increasing to cost-performance of the industrial enterprise and motivations of the system of the measures for achievement modern level in condition of the connecting economy. Methods of research are comparative and factorial analysis, mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the holistic scientific concept of increasing to cost-performance enterprise before modern level; scientific approaches to estimation social-economic result industrial enterprise. Novelty is theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases of the development complex managerial system by increasing to cost-performance industrial enterprise in modern economy. Degree of the introduction by: OAO "Dneproshina", "Dnepropetroviskiy silicate plant" and "Dnepropetrovskiy instrument builder plant". Branch of application is industrial enterprises.
