Piontkovs'ka M. The ways of optimization of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation of patient with non-malignant tumors caritas nasi and paranasal sinuses.

This research solves an urgent problem of otolaryngology, that is the increase of efficiency of diagnostics, treatment and medical rehabilitation of initial patients with non-malignant tumors caritas nasi and paranasal sinuses; elaboration of new ways of metafilactics, diagnostics and relapse treatment. On the ground of special clinic check-up and suggested ways of treatment that were carried out in a ground of 619 patients suffering of non-malignant tumours of this localization we have worked out and described CT and MRI seniotics of 28 nosological forms of non-malignant tumours, elements of medical rehabilitation at the main stages of treatment, optimized X-Ray therapy by definition of radio-sensibility; approbation of sonodynamic therapy of non-malignant tumours and determined medical advice to its application; early ways of pre-clinic diagnostics; non-toxic ways of metophilactics at non-relapse period of observation.
