Pugachova M. Methodological Background for Statistical Monitoring of Business Activities at Enterprises

The purpose of research - theoretical generalization and a substantiation of methodological bases of statistical monitoring of business activity of the enterprises on the basis of business tendency surveys (BTS) of the enterprises of different kinds of economic activities for improvement of information and analytical maintenance of administrative decisions. Object of research are the enterprises of various kinds of economic activities which business activity influences the economic and social processes occurring in a society. Subject of research - methodological and methodical bases of statistical monitoring of business activity of the enterprises. Scientific novelty of the received results will consist in the decision of the important scientific problem - development of methodological bases of statistical monitoring of business activity of the enterprises with use of the data of official statistics and BTS of the enterprises. It considerably expands methodological and information and analytical base of support of decision-making at different levels of management. For the first time: the structural model is developed and the place of system of statistical monitoring of business activity of the enterprises in the general information system of the state statistics is determined; it is developed program & methodological and organizational bases of carrying out of BTS; mechanisms of quality assurance of the entrance information in system of statistical monitoring business activity of the enterprises are offered; methodological bases of the further harmonization of BTS of the enterprises of Ukraine with the international systems of surveys are determined and recommendations for improvement of methodology of comparison of the information and distribution on other kinds of economic activities are formulated; models of the synthetic indicators created on the basis of parameters of BTS, for assesses tendencies on branches of economy, regions of the country and at a national level are offered; the mechanism of use of binary relations for comparison and rating the enterprises is determined on the basis of the information of BTS; corresponding systems of parameters and new synthetic indicators for assesses separate aspects of activity of the enterprises are offered on the basis of system of statistical monitoring. Degree of introduction: results of research are introduced into statistical practice of Goskomstat of Ukraine, used by Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine, the Center of complex researches on questions of an antimonopoly policy of Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine, Not state analytical center "Institute of Reforms". Theoretical and methodological positions of the dissertation are introduced into educational process at teaching rates "Mathematical economy", "Econometrics", "Methods of selective researches" of the specialities "Statistics" (8.080102) on faculty of probability theory and mathematical statistics of the Kiev national university of name Taras Shevchenko.
