Research object is a process of forming and use of resource potential in an agrarian sector. Research purpose: ground of theoretic-methodological principles and conceptual approaches in relation to perfection of mechanism of management forming and use of resource potential of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine in the conditions of deepening of agrarian reform and integration of Ukraine in European and world economic space. Methods: comparative analysis, historical, analysis and synthesis, abstractly logical, statistic-economic, monographic. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated create a theoretical, methodological and methodical base for practical perfection of resource potential of agrarian sector of economy of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: first: conception of management resource potential is developed in an agrarian sector, essence of which consists in application of complex approach to organization of facility provision and facility usedue to realization of principles of innovative management, optimizations of the control the use of resources system on the basis of drafting of prognoses of the use of resource potential in the conditions of markets; improved: methodological providing of the effective control the use and recreation of resource potential of agrarian sector of economy system with the use of principles of innovative management in facility provision and facility use; got subsequent development: understanding of essence of concepts "facility potential" and "direct potential" of agrarian sector of economy, ground of division of resources of agrarian production (depending on their origin) on primary and second. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Kharkov and Sumskoy area and Ukraine.
