Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of 316 cases of Thyroid cancer with extrathyroid extention. In the 1 part of the investigation, befor 1999 year only 11,31% pashients were radically surgycaly treated, but In the 2- th part cases, from 2000 year, there was 64,86%. The aim of the study was to use modify new adjuvant chemo – radiant therapy for reduce invasive thyroid cancer, and to apply new way surgical treatment without complications for the patients.Results: During follow – up of 8 yr 229 patients were studied. In the 2-th group were died іn the 3,52 degree less then in the 1-th group, patients with anaplastic Thyroid cancer were died on 2,95 degree less then in the 1-th group.
