The trends of development of German Democratic Republic and Federal Republik of Germany in 80s of the 20th century have been analyzed. System influence of Western Germany on economic and informational sheres of GDR is demonstrated. Specificity, historic character, driving social and political forces, external and internal factors of "velvet revolution" in GDR has been researched. Not only positive results of finding of the answer to "German question", but also inner political difficulties and economic ricks caused by anticipated unification of Germany are shown. System influence of the process of European integration and globalization on socioeconomic and political development of Federal Republik of Germany (yers 1990-2005) has been researched. Influence of monetary union on German model of social market economy has been considered. The problems connected with transformation of political system of united Germany, which symbol has becom transfer of federal capital from provincial Bonn to cosmopolital European capital Berlin have been considered. Specificity of functioning of center-right and center-left political parties of Federal Republik of Germany has been researched. It is shown that social mobility of German average class stimulated formation of "great coalition" in November of 2005. Correlation between anticipation of the process of unification of Germany and anticipation of the process of European integration is shown. Change of the balance of forces in German and French "core" of European Union has been demonstrated. Risks of extension of European Union for homogeneity of social and political space of European Union have been shown. The attention is paid to the ideological controversies between German and American elites. Eastern European direction of German foreign policy has been analyzed. Evolution of politics Russia and Ukraine by governments of G.Kohl and G.Schroeder has been shown.
