Essay

Object: medical maintenance of liqidation of technogenic accidents cosequenses. Purpose of research: Scientific background of principles of medical and social maintenance of injured subjects (standarts of investigation, treatment and profilactice) with a juridical accompaniment on different stages of liqidation of large-scale radiation accident cosequenses, coming from results of complex (including pathomorphological) investigations of late radiobiological, medical, social, expert problems connected with Chernobyl accident. Methods of research and the equipment: survey, selective hystochemical, hystoautoradiographic, electrone microscopic methods. Complex of modern research methods including data base formation with an adequate information techniques was applied. Metods of medical statistics and analisis provided a basical information; electrone microscope Olimpus CX41; fibrogastroscope Olimpus, bronchoscope Olimpus. Theoretical and practical results: organisational principles of medical and socialmaintenance on stages of liqidation of radiation accident cosequenses were substantiated that represents a useful information and priority contribution for state departments which are involved to minimisation of technogenic accidents cosequenses. Some of data obtained by autor were used as an analitical product for elaborations of Institut of National security of Ukraine. Novelty: This work is the first national investigation which resolves a number of priority questions in the field of radiobiology. Technologies of investigation of environment pollution action on human organism were developed. The information about low doses and low intensive radiation effects on different cell populations were obtained. There was argued that pathomorphosis of deseases in people injured in Chernobyl accident is one from the main radiobiological concequences. For the first time the metodological principles of perceiving of patologies related with Chernobyl accident factors were analised, in connection with the problems in expert comissions work. Degree of introduction: the results of these investigations were introduced into medical practice in medical institutions. The results represent a useful information for medical and social institutions, and are useful in education of radiobiologists, hygienists. The data obtained were introduced to the practice of treating and profilactice institutions in Kiev and Ukraine. Area of using: radiobiology, social medicine.
