Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of methods and means of multiple access to radio channel which improve parameters of packet switched radio networks, i.e. increase their throughput, provide adaptive control of stability toward overload and transmission delay, localize collisions and realize priorities in competitive access to radio channel. Efficiency and advantage of these methods and means are proven by mathematical models. Designed methods are ready for practical realization in forms of new radio channel access protocols. Mathematical models are useful means for development of effective access control.
