Gorovyi V. Development of farmer enterprises of Ukraine

Object or research: processes of becoming and development of the farmer’s enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose of research: a deepening and a substantiation of theoretical-methodological and practical bases of development and functioning of farmer economies of Ukraine. Methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, formalization and modeling, comparative-historical, economic-mathematical, monographic. Theoretical and practical results: recommendations and offers on improvement of methodological and methodical positions on the organization, functioning and development of farmer economies, formation and using of industrial potential, optimization of the farmers’ economies sizes and their serving cooperative societies, estimations of their competitiveness and also revealing of tendencies in development of farmer economies and improvement of their organizational structure have been developed. Scientific novelty: consists of a substantiation and development of theoretical,methodological and practical positions of development of farmer enterprises of Ukraine. A degree of introduction: results of research are used by Central Administrative Board of Agroindustrial Development of the Lvov Regional State Administration, the Cherkassy Regional State Administration, Association of Farmers and Private Land Owners of Ukraine, the State Committee of Ukraine Concerning Regulation Policies and Enterprises, a farmer economy “Gardening”, which is situated in Bila Tcerkva district Kiev region and also in educational process of the National Agrarian University. Efficiency: using of results of research will assist for optimization of formation and development of resource potential of farmer economies and improvement of a financial conditions by introduction of new forms of financial support, that will give an opportunity to develop not only farmer enterprises, but in the certain measure also a social infrastructure in the village. Sphere, area of using: the agrarian economies, district and regional bodies of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, higher educational institutions of agrarian formation of Ukraine.
