Karpenko O. The future social workers professional training in the university education environment

The dissertation deals with the peculiarities of the personal formation as well as the psychology-pedagogical and technological student's education development structure; the thesis also shows the main points of the psychological provision of the personality development and their training in the High Pedagogical School environment, moreover the student's education technologization has been outlined.The author grounds theoretically the conditions of the social worker professional activity conceptual model and develops the model of the social worker professional activity. The prognostic structural-functional model has been designed, in the basement of which there is an idea of problem-module organization of the social worker education. The criteria and indices of the professional preparedness of the students to the social work have been stated and developed.In the research the author shows some peculiar features and the structure of the organizational-technological support, proposes effective methods of student's education and represents the results of the experimental work in its different stages.
