Essay

In the context of informational society civilization formations there have been identified and re-searched the essence of the information as a system and structure-forming phenomenon. One has given noosphere information paradigm, which bases on the unity of material roots of information and the in-formation roots of the matter. In accordance with this there have been analyzed and generalized the key theses of the system theory with the emphasis on the openness of really existing systems. One has created the theory of open systems as paradigm of global development processes.
