Object of the study is processes of the development small enterprise in mixed economy. Objective of study is development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, shaping to concepts and motivations regulatory politicians and mode to its realization. Methods of research are system, abstraction, inductions and deductions, economic and mathematical modelling, fuzzy sets and linguistically variable and multivariate statistical analysis.
