Sirotchenko T. The improvement of the system of prophylaxis of the physical disorders and psychical developments of the children of the social risk group

The dissertation presents the grounds for the scientific problem of the increasing the efficiency of early prenosological diagnostics and adaptation disorders of the school age children of the social risk group on the basis of the detection of the physical disorders and psychical development, of the early detection of the osteopenia's syndrome, of the quality assessment of the nutrition, of the working out and introduction at the monitoring system for the state of health and adaptation resources. High level of the psychical, emotional, behavioral, cognitive disorders was approached among the children of the social risk. Age and puberty features of the active periods of physical development were revealed as a growth retardation, disorders of the mineralization process in the bone tissue were revealed as the early densytometric osteopenia's features, adaptation reaction changes of the children of the social risk group were established at according to the leucogramm rates and functional habits of the cardio-vascular system. Pathogenetic method of the health state correction was based on the adaptation resources variants and on building of the individual prognostic mathematic model. The sociomedical help model was elaborated and applied in the work which directs at the correction of the adaptation disturbances at the prenosological stage.
