Ponomarenko G. Administrative and Legal Grounds of Management in the Sphere of Guaranteeing State's Internal Security.

Thesis is devoted to elucidation of the essence and peculiarities of guaranteeing state's internal security as a kind of administrative and political activity, to determine peculiarities of management in this sphere, to elucidation its principles, legal grounds and the system, description of state and official relations in the sphere of guaranteeing state's internal security, to specification of the system of subjects of general competence, that accomplish management in the stated sphere, to determine significance and peculiarities of guaranteeing lawfulness of this management. The ways of guaranteeing state's internal security are specified in this research, their essence and peculiarities are elucidated, the system of special subjects of management according to a concrete way of guaranteeing internal security are characterized, their tasks, functions and authorities are analyzed, legal and organizational grounds of such a management are also characterized, propositions about submission of concrete changes and additions to the legislation in force on stated problems are formulated.
