Essay

Objekt - the process co-operating of workings organs of workings organs of flax combines is with vegetable material. Purpose - increasing of efficiency hardware application of at the collection of fibber flax on the basis of development of theoretical bases of functioning and methods of calculation of workings organs of flax combines. Methods - theoretical experience-zhennya is conducted with application of methods of theoretical and analytical mechanics, analytical geometry, theory of mechanisms and machines, mathematical design, nonlinear programvannya, and also numerical methods of decision of tasks, from vikoris-tannyam of PEOM. Experimental researches are conducted with the use of standard methods and methods of mathematical statisticians. Novelty - 1) analyzed the process of cooperation of divisors with flax stems taking into account its density; 2) the puller springs constructions are analysed to exposure the directions of their changes for the improvement the quality of work. The possibilityof diminishing of width of capture of puller section with 380 mm to 260 mm is theoretically and experimentally grounded;3) influence of structural and kinematics parameters of puller springs and density of flax stems on the dynamic indexes of his work is certain; 4) work of transversal conveyer is first investigational on condition of the dense filling of his channel by stems and certainly terms of work a conveyer without hammerings; 5) on the basis of analysis co-operating of blades of combs of ochisuyuchego drum with lots certainly terms which provide his deleting from the chamber of ochesu without losses; 6) on the basis of analysis of process of transporting lots by the mobile ribbon of conveyer lots terms for which his losses are eliminated during the turn of aggregate are set. Results of researches. As a result of researches the done recommendations are in relation to diminishing of width of delight of puller section from 380 mm to 260 mm; to recommendation in relation to the choice of structural parameters of divisors and their adjusting at different terms works of aggregate, introduction of which is given by possibility to improve the agrotechnical indexes of quality of work of of flax combine. A condition implementation of which provides work of transversal conveyer without hammerings and without the additional damage of stems is set. On the basis of the conducted researches recommendations are given in relation to the relative location of combing out drum and conveyer lots, directed on diminish. Additional horizontal blades are offered by us at the combs of combing out drum allow to remove falling of seed-cases downward in the chamber of ochesu at the slow rotation of drum and in case of his stopping. The given recommendations are in relation to the maximum angle of slope of conveyer lots to horizon, which provides minimum losses lots at the overload of it in the to. Results of researches of workings organs of flax combines used in Allrussian naukovo-doslidnomu and to project-technological instituteof mechanization of flax cultivation for the improvement of construction of flax-harvesting combines, and also in the institute of bast cultures of UAAN (m. Glukhiv) in the process of development and perfection of machines for collection of flax. Industry ? Machines and means of agricultural production mechanization.
