Subject of inquiry: photovoltaic electricity supply systems for loadings of direct and alternate current. Object of research: developing of the scientific and technical principles to increase photovoltaic electricity supply systems efficiency. Methods of inquiry: synergetic analysis; theory of resistance systems usual differential equalizations; numeral-analytical methods of approximation sinusoidal functions; module principle of forming structures. Theoretical and practical results, innovation: first: there was developed synergetic theory of forming spatially-nonuniform structures distributing of electric fields, currents and temperatures in the current channels of semiconductor PV transformers; there was developed generalized theory for defining resistance the systems “PV battery - different load types”; there was performed an analysis of terms efficient transformation of direct current energy from photovoltaic electricity supply sources in loading. Subject and implementation stage: dissertation job performances have been implemented in: department of sun energy of public corporation “Quasar” (Kiev), privately owned enterprise “Avante” (Kiev), Institute of renewable energy NAS of Ukraine, NTUU “KPI” etc. Implementation efficiency: enhancement of energy efficiency the photovoltaic systems electricity supply. Utilization field: photovoltaic systems of electricity supply for stand-alone objects.
