Object is economic processes of co-operation of constituents organizationally economic to the mechanism of providing of stable development of processing enterprises. Aim is develop¬ment of mechanisms and system of economic methods of mana¬gement, which would have an influence on the organi¬zational and technique-economics factors of providing of eco¬nomic and financial stability of functioning of enterprises and on this basis of achievement of steady development of company. Methods are economic analysis, graphic method, method of mathematical analysis, comparative, factor, cross-correlation and regressive methods. Innovations are the system of economic methods of management, classification signs of factors, which influence on stability of functioning of enterprises, an economic mechanism is improved. Result - it is developed organizational¬ly economic mechanism of providing of stable development of processing enterprises. Implemented – in research works, enterprises, educational process
