Research purpose - development of methodological and organizational bases of statistical providing for management. Research Object - there are social and economic processes in the region. Subject of research -there are theoretical and methodological, organizational bases of statistical studying of social and economic state of the region for management of social and economic development of the region. Scientific novelty of the received results is in the solution of the important scientific problem - development of methodological and organizational backgrounds of statistical providing for management of social and economic development of the region. For the first time the following steps have been carried out: methodical approaches for estimation of level of security of regional authorities with statistical information as well as for building up of system of the regional accounting are developed, directions of adaptation of parameters of statistical surveys for the system are designed; methodologicalbases of statistical maintenance of regional management are grounded on the basis of the system approach and principles of functioning of statistical system in the region are defined; theoretical methods of the organization and carrying out of territory-related monitoring of social and economic development of region are formed; the statistical model of evaluation of economy that is not directly observed is offered; the mechanism of statistical monitoring for carrying out of regional programs is created. Methodological and organizational bases of development of regional statistics in terms of security of management needs system are improved, as well as single structure of single information system and methodical positions of a statistical evaluation of economic potential of the region as cost of available resources in the region. Methodological bases of building of model of evaluation of interrelations and interdependence of indexes of social development of administrative territories have been further developed, as well as methodical maintenance of statistical evaluation of economic growth of region and directions of the statistical analysis of regional efficiency.
