Research findings aiming at development of theoretical fundamentals and production technique of polyfunctional protective coatings by means of modifying oxide components with element-organic compounds of silicium and additives of various chemical nature have been represented in the thesis. Initial ingredients have been selected subject to thermodynamic approach. Optimum compositions of initial compounds for protective coatings, their formation mechanism and TAR have been defined.
