The dissertation is devoted to pathogenetic justification and development of a complex of prognostic, diagnostic, treatment and prophylactic activities during the development of disadaptation of children with microabnomalities of heart development. For the first time in medical practice, a conceptual approach to evaluating clynical, functional, structural and morphological changes, peculiar to different versions of child heart microabnomalities. The work improves methods of studying functional reserves of the cardiovascular system and identifying the range of adaptive reactions. It also proves the necessity of conducting differentiated load testing. For the fist time, an in- depth analysis of vegetative homeostasis and psychoemotional status of children with different versions of heart microanomalies. The conducted research proved the necessity to conduct randomization of patients with dysplasia of heart connective tissue based on the level of adaptation. Diagnostic criteria and risk factors are identified. A mathematical model and forecasting algorithm for disadaptive changes in children with heart microabnomalities. An improved complex of differentiated treatment tactics for children with heart development microabnomalities depending on the level of manifestation of disadaptive changes was pathogenetically justified and developed.
