The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and control of acid-inhibitory efficiency of pro-ton pump inhibitors by the complex study of possibilities of application of express-gastro-рН-monitoring as rapid (up to 30 minutes) in comparison with gastro-рН-monitoring, sensible (95,0%) and specific (93,94%) test, that estimates the acid-inhibitory function of stomach at patients with the peptic H.p.-associated gastroduodenal disorders.
