Chaban T. Correlation of LP/AOS' processes, cytokine system, cellular immunity in the patients with chronic hepatitis С and their correction

State of LP and activity of AOS have been studied in the patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) with different activity of pathological process in liver. We determined, that disbalance in LP/AOS plays the main role in mechanisms of hepatocytes' destruction and progressing of liver inflammatory process. Such changes are reason to develop of fibrosis or cirrhosis in liver tissue. Decreasing of a- and g-interferonproduction lymphocytes function is established in CHC. Production' peculiarities of IL-1b, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, TNF, TGF-b1, IL-1Ra, IL-4 and IL-10 in the patients with CHC were shown. Changes in subpopulational of lymphocytes structure together with interferonogenesis insufficiency and changes in cytokines system lead to immunodeficient state in the patients with CHC. In order to correct such breaches inductor of endogen interferon amyxin IC and its combination with synthetic nucleosides analog vero-ribavirin were prescribed.
