It analyzes the basic motions, the tendencies of professional polyart training in Ukraine and abroad; it also grounds the concept and autor's semantic models of professional polyart training of the music teacher in higher school, defines the criteria of effectiveness of polyart training. The paper reveals and analyzes organizational and methodological conditions of professional music teacher training suggests the contents of methodological complex, its structure, the system of regular control and the evaluation of professional training results and the use of elements of module teaching.
